Morning session & 360° camera
Hasn’t changed since the establishing, the morning session starts with saying the credo out loud and share a one-minute-speech per person linked with the topic of the code of conduct. It will be in English one week followed by Japanese in the week after. If there are colleagues working remotely, the 360 degree camera will help remote workers see who is currently talking as the lense automatically shifts to the speaker.

We have a regular session by Director of Analytics of Principle America, Kris Irizawa, live from the US. It is a studying lunch session covering Silicon Valley’s recent marketing trend and news.
R8 Academy
It is a weekly studying group by specialist from the company and instructors from outside the company. “R8” comes from “Room 8”, the name of the share office’s room where a study group started at the time of the establishing.

It is regularly hosted to talk about the work, dream and goal to your CEO and/or team. It plays an important role as it is associated with performance evaluation.
Weekly & Monthly Meeting
It is a regular company announcement to present the performance and management policy. Streaming video service is also available.
English class, Chinese class, Tableau class
English class lesson is available before “asakai (morning session)”. Chinese lesson as well as Tableau class are also available, and this is because we have a culture where colleagues become teachers to teach each other.
Family Day
We host twice a year (one in summer, the other in winter) to invite children and families to the office to host the events.

Remote Work
There are many ways to encourage way of working, and one of it is once-a-week of remote system. Online tool enables one to attend Asakai and meetings, and this system allows to meet the needs of various family and personal condition. If there are appropriate reasons, it is possible to have the remote work system more than twice a week.
Silicon Valley / Japan Training
It is the training system that takes place at the Silicon Valley or LA office in the US branch offices. Everyone is given with an opportunity to go regardless of the amount of years you’ve been working for Principle. For US branch employees, there is “Japan training trip” once a year.
